1. General Manager-CQA, Quality Assurance, Quality Control

  • Education: MSc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Ph.D
  • Experience: 15-20 years in pharmaceutical company
  • Candidate Profile: Experience of 15-20 years in a pharmaceutical company in the capacity of Head of QA/QC/CQA
  • Job Description: Planning and implementation of effective Quality Management System, current GMPs, Validations, WHO-GMP Managing Quality Assurance Department, Re-designing/ Re-vamping Quality Assurance system, Regulatory Affairs Documentation (CTD, ASEAN CTD, eCTD), End to End Management of new products (from raw materials, formulae, sample production, testing methods, stability studies and other milestones in launching new products), Coordinate with manufacturing sections, Stores, Quality Control Department, Coordinate with R&D Department on Pharmaceutical projects deliverables and milestones. To Coordinate Analytical Development, Production, Packaging Development, PPIC, Purchase, Quality Assurance and Regulatory for smooth functioning of developmental activities and Developed Products. Planning developmental work for identified products and monitoring work of development teams on priority basis

2. Manager/DY. Manager (Quality Assurance)

  • Education: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ M.Sc
  • Experience: 8-12 years
  • Candidate Profile: 8-12 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, managing Quality Assurance Department, Quality Assurance systems, WHO-GMP compliance, cGMP compliance, Validations, ISO compliance. Well conversant with Drugs Act and current FDA Regulations, FDA Approvals will be an added qualification
  • Job Description: Assisting in Managing Quality Assurance Department, Quality Assurance System, Modernisation of Quality Assurance Department, cGMP, ISO compliance, Validations and other related functions and all Quality Assurance matters

3. Project Manager

  • Education: B.Com, Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountants
  • Experience: 10-15 years’ experience
  • Candidate Profile: Exposure, knowledge and experience of pharmaceutical projects PICS/MHRA/ Standard, setting up manufacturing plants with various pharma dosage departments
    Exposure to compiling inputs required for projects from management consultants, contractors, preparing costing, budgeting of the various project works.
    Managing and controlling execution of the projects, should be able to deal with consultants, architects, engineers, site technicians and contractors
  • Job Description: Managing projects of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing units matching requirements for PICS/MHRA and other standard specifications. Dealing with overall managerial and commercial activities related to pharmaceutical plants, and dealing with contractors, labourers, government departments for various approvals and licenses
    Managing Projects and resources along with cross-functional teams throughout the project for timely completion, and commencing the projects for commercial profitable deliverables

4. Administrative Officer

  • Education: Graduate in any stream
  • Experience: 20-25 years
  • Candidate Profile: 20-25 years’ experience in Administrative functions with a manufacturing company
  • Job Description: Responsible for heading the Administrative functions for corporate office and manufacturing units, responsible for statutory compliances, liaison with government agencies and local administrative bodies (like BMC). Development of policies and systems for administrative functions and other administrative related functions.

5. HR Manager/ Personnel Manger

  • Education: Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in HR
  • Experience: 5-15 years
  • Candidate Profile: 5-15 years’ experience in HR/Personnel Department in manufacturing sectors. Candidate must have experience in dealing with workers/labourers
  • Job Description: Responsible for preparing wages, salary, recruitments, appointment procedures, appraisals compliance of PF, ESIS, other labour laws and other HR/ Personnel related works

6. Export Manager/ DY. Manager

  • Education: Graduate with Marketing/ Management. Post Graduate Diploma/Degree
  • Experience: 5-15 years
  • Candidate Profile: 5-15 years’ experience in exporting, marketing pharmaceutical formulations in international markets. Conversant with the Drugs Act and FDA Regulations in overseas markets
  • Job Description: Responsible for exports of pharmaceutical formulations, business growth, international business development, developing new markets, dealing with overseas partners, overseas governments’ agencies and other export related activities

7. DY. Manager- Accounts

  • Education: B.Com, preferably Inter Chattered Accountant
  • Experience: 4-6 years
  • Candidate Profile: Accounting experience in manufacturing company/ public limited company. Hands on experience in ‘Tally’ Accounting Package
  • Job Description: Managing tally accounting system, GST, income tax etc. finalising accounts, balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other accounting and finance related works

8. Quality Control Executives ( FDA Approved Chemists)

  • Education: B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
  • Experience: 8-12 years
  • Candidate Profile: FDA Approval in one or multiple sections: Chemical, Instrumental, Microbiological and Sterility Testing sections
    8-12 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical Company and at least 2 years in the managerial/executive capacity, Managing Quality Control Systems, GLP, cGMP compliance, Validations, WHO-GMP, practical experience on latest pharma Quality Control Instruments. Well conversant with the Drugs Acts and FDA regulations
  • Job Description: Responsible and Assisting for Management and Administration of Quality Control Department, ensuring timely testing and quality checks of Raw materials, Packing and Finished Products and the Release of Finished Pharmaceutical Products in International as well as Domestic markets. Complying all the regulatory requirements of FDA, MOH guidelines, GLP, cGMP, all other Quality Control related matters

9. Production Executives (FDA Approved/ Experienced)

  • Education: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
  • Experience: 5-8 years
  • Candidate Profile: FDA Approvals in one or more manufacturing departments (tablets/capsules/ointments/ external liquids/ sterile preparation/ injections). 5-8 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical Company in a Manufacturing Department
  • Job Description: Responsible for Manufacturing Departments, Managing Quality and Timely Production, Managing Workers/ Labourers and Raw Materials. Willing to work in shifts

10. Regulatory Affairs Executive

  • Education: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
  • Experience: 3-7 years
  • Candidate Profile: 3-7 years’ experience in regulatory affairs/registration department of a pharmaceutical company
  • Job Description: Responsible for registering pharmaceutical products with various MOH in exporting countries, preparation of pharma dossiers, documentation compilation, CTD, ACTD dossiers and file regulatory submissions as per countries’ format, reviewing documents, reply to queries raised by authorities and customers. Dispatching documents, sample for registration/re-registration of regulatory documentation

11. Graduate Trainee (Regulatory Affairs)

  • Education: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
  • Experience: Fresh Graduates or with 1-2 years’
  • Candidate Profile: Fresh pharmacy graduates/ post graduates or candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in regulatory department of a pharmaceutical company
  • Job Description: 2 years’ training in regulatory affairs department

12. Graduate Trainee (Production Departments)

  • Education: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
  • Experience: Fresher or with 1-2 years’ experience
  • Candidate Profile: Fresh Pharma graduates/ M.Pharms
